As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.Your challengeTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Payment Transactions Troubleshooting Officer who sees challenges instead of problems when they hear the word “trouble”.You will be passionate about the diverse challenges in our team and take on the following tasks:Independent processing and clarification of problem cases in outgoing payment transactions Monitoring, checking and posting incoming payments Central coordination and implementation of balancing with the involvement of the relevant specialist departments Close cooperation with our international teams in Europe and Asia Optimization of existing processes in payment transactions and support in error prevention Your profileYour profileCompleted commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the banking sector Knowledge of payment transactions is an advantage Good written and spoken English skills Solution-oriented thinking and strong communication skills Independent and responsible way of working Strong team spirit and willingness to help We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment where you can deepen and expand your skills in the area of payment transactions/troubleshooting.
