Payment Solution Integration Specialist

Job PurposeWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payment Solution Integration Specialist to support the rollout of bill payment services in ABA Mobile. You’ll work under the guidance of the Integration Manager, assist with interpreting technical documentation, tracking progress, monitoring performance, and using AI tools to support integration-related tasks.LocationHead Office, Phnom Penh: 1 PostMajor Areas of ResponsibilitySupport integration activities across internal teams and third-party providers.Read and understand technical documents to assist in discussions and documentation.Track progress and assist in maintaining integration schedules and task lists.Monitor system performance and assist in preparing reports or issue alerts.Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to generate summaries, checklists, meeting notes, and basic research.Document the integration process and maintain clear records.Participate in meetings and help manage follow-up actions.QualificationBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or university projects are acceptable).Interest in system integration and digital platforms.Basic understanding of APIs, performance monitoring, or digital banking workflows.Familiarity with AI tools to assist in writing, summarizing, and tracking integration tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.Good communication and teamwork skills.
