This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position. Reporting to the Payment Cards & Treasury Operations Manager, key responsibilities include:Responding to customer and internal / external bank initiated enquiries and investigationsProcess SWIFT payment messages and prepare instructions sent to our Central Processing Services or Branch network for processingMonitoring and action BPAY related enquires including investigationsDaily reconciliation and settlement of FX and Money Market Deals undertaken by Treasury using applications such as Austraclear, RITS.Monitoring non-SWIFT related payments to ensure that all transactions are processed and released to meet daily deadlines and reporting and escalation of any exceptionsHandling of cards related enquiries and disputesSupporting bank and industry process improvement projectsAbout YouWe are seeking someone who brings the following qualifications, skills and experience:Minimum 1-3 years banking experience in similar role and understanding of product and processesExperience working with transaction and payment platforms such as SWIFT, BPAY and CardsAbility to remain flexible and prioritise while working under pressureProven capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal, communication and time management skillsAre you with us? - apply now!
