Virgin IslandsSetting:  Outpatient Rehabilitation & WellnessSchedule:  Monday–Friday, Full-TimeHorizon Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Director. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinical care with operational leadership in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. Position Summary: The Assistant Director will collaborate closely with the Clinic Director to oversee clinic operations, support and mentor staff, ensure compliance, and promote patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care (approximately 50–70% caseload)Assist in managing daily operations, scheduling, and workflowMentor clinical and administrative staff and support team developmentEnsure documentation and regulatory compliancePromote and uphold the clinic’s values and missionQualifications: Licensed PT or OT in the U. S.
