Who We’re Looking ForWe're on the lookout for a Business Analyst who will be daily transforming business needs into technical solutions, defining project scope, and ensuring smooth project execution. What You’ll DoTransform business requirements into functional and technical specifications and prototypes. Produce required documentation (project related, business requirements, functional specification, system requirements, user stories, use cases, etc. ). Collaborate with Quality Assurance team, do a high-level functional verification of the implemented features. Assist in planning/ implementation/ tracking projects, resolving problems and backlog, providing recommendations. Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Report on project progress, milestones and challenges to various stakeholders. Create and manage project related documentation. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. What You Bring3+ years of IT Project Management/BA experience. Card acquiring and/or payments knowledge is preferred. Ability to develop project related documentation. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban. Readiness to learn and ability to understand complex business processes. Great communication skills and ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders. Consistent attention to detail. Proactive mindset is essential. High general problem-solving skills. Professional English.
