EMEA Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a renowned market leader in the tech/manufacturing sector to hire a Payroll Accountant for its Amsterdam-based Finance team.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a company experiencing strong growth and offering excellent career progression opportunities, both locally and internationally.Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Accountant:Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees via an external provider, ensuring compliance with local legislation and SOX controlsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and guarantee timely paymentsReview, analyze, and reconcile payroll-related GL accounts, collaborating with the Payroll Accounting team to address discrepanciesMaintain and update payroll process documentation for the relevant entitiesExperience & Skills Required:Proven experience with Payroll and strong accounting knowledgeExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levelsProactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentFluency in English (knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage)If you are interested in applying for this Payroll Accountant role, please register your interest using the link below.
