We’re proud to share that thanks to our people, we’ve been chosen for the second consecutive year as the “Best Employer” by Globes Magazine.Our payroll department is looking to recruit a Payroll Accountant.The role includes:Providing professional service and support to employees; ongoing payroll processingPreparing final settlements, calculating severance pay, and handling Form 161Extensive knowledge of labor laws, taxation, and National Insurance related directly or indirectly to employee compensationMonitoring data accuracy in the payroll system and conducting monthly payroll auditsAnalyzing, reviewing, and controlling salary paymentsImplementing wage agreements and monitoring their applicationHandling reserve duty compensation, work injury payments, maternity leave, etc.Job Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in the fieldCertified Payroll Accountant — mandatoryExperience processing payroll for 500–1000 employeesKnowledge of Har-Gal system — an advantageProficiency in Excel — mandatoryStrong time management, accuracy, organization, and attention to detailThis position is open to all genders.
