Our primary focus is on delivering high-quality services in a timely manner to meet client needs effectively.Position Responsibilities:Monthly payroll calculation, verification, and issuancePreparation of all necessary documents for employee hirings, terminations, and rotating work schedules, as well as timely submission to the ERGANI information systemImplementation of labor legislation and compliance with obligations towards public authorities and insurance fundsPreparation and submission of periodic Social Security (APD) and Payroll Tax (FMY) declarationsTimely dispatch of required deliverables to clients while strictly adhering to deadlinesRequired Qualifications:University degree in Economics or related field1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll administrationExcellent computer skills (Internet, Email, Word, Excel)Proficient use of the ERGANI systemStrong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and deadline orientationCourtesy, professionalism, and a responsible attitudeGood knowledge of a foreign language (preferred)We Offer:Full-time, five-day work week with an open-ended employment contractStable payroll payments twice a month (on the 15th and end of each month)Excellent working environment and continuous training opportunitiesPlease send your CV to: eefstathiou@bsamaras.gr
