Our backers include Accel, EQT Growth, Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sprints, and TPG.Information About The PositionAs a Payroll Accountant, you will support the Payroll team in processing payroll across multiple countries. Your responsibilities include collecting and verifying payroll data, reviewing and reconciling payroll transactions, and collaborating with other departments to resolve payroll matters. You will help ensure compliance with company policies while contributing to the team’s efforts to optimise payroll operations for efficiency and accuracy. You’ll report directly to the Payroll Team Lead.In this position, you’ll Process Payroll review and achieve solid understanding of Vinted payroll processes in different foreign jurisdictions (outsourced payroll)Payroll calculation (in-house payroll for Lithuanian entities)Take care of periodical payroll bookkeeping and reportingExecute salary related banking transactionsSupport senior colleagues on Vinted expansion related matters and other projectsAbout YouExperience and practical knowledge of payroll and accountingAbility to adapt to fast changing environment and working on tight deadlinesQuick learnerAttention to detailExcellent at communicating in spoken and written EnglishStrong MS Excel skillsAdvantage: Experience in/with Payroll software, finance/bookkeeping systems, experience in Payroll processing for foreign entities.
