You make sure every employee is paid accurately, on time, and in line with their entitlements, building trust and confidence across the business.Being proactive and spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems, helping us to stay ahead of the game. Your work powers great employee experiences, supports smart decision-making, and keeps us compliant across Australia and New Zealand.A Day in the LifeIdeally based in our Brisbane office, we work in a hybrid model that balances collaboration and flexibility.Here's a snapshot of how you'll make an impact:Run end-to-end payroll for AU & NZ with precision and consistency. Jump onto ad-hoc and out-of-cycle payments when needed. Keep employee records spotless across the entire lifecycle. Interpret awards, agreements, and legislation to get pay right every time. Manage all compliance requirements — PAYG, Super/KiwiSaver, leave, reporting. Support audits and internal reviews. Stay across payroll legislation and act as the go-to expert for the People team. Your StrengthsHands-on payroll experience (AU & NZ experience = a big plus). Strong working knowledge of awards, NES and the Holidays Act. Sharp numerical skills and a high standard of accuracy. Experience with payroll systems (ADP/Realtime exposure is an advantage). Confident Excel and Microsoft Office skills. The ability to juggle deadlines, detail, and competing priorities.
