As a Spherion part of this team, the Payroll Analyst is a key utility player to the technology-driven team. This role will be responsible for processing multi-national payrolls throughout EMEA and APAC. The incumbent will be technically savvy and not afraid to bring their problem-solving skills to complex scenarios.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for full cycle global payroll administrationMaintain accuracy of payroll system data to deliver monthly payrollsLiaise and provide incite for Global Payroll Vendor(s) to ensure accuracy and complianceResearch payroll issues and be a key resource on payroll mattersWork independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate with Regional HRBPs, HR Directors, and Finance teamsSupport system implementations and integration projects as neededServe as a utility player within the global Total Rewards & HR Operations teamNice to have previous experience with WorkdayQualificationsMinimum 2 years of related professional experience with international, managed payrolls.Knowledge of payroll taxes, social insurance, pension schemes, and labor laws for multiple countries on a global scale; experience supporting EMEA and APAC payrolls preferredHands-on HR systems experience; Workday experience preferredUnderstanding of business and financial programs and terminologies; experience with Payroll accounting preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ex. pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas, etc.)Analytical and consultative capabilities to “story tell”, both simple and complex information to a directed and/or wide audience in both written and oral formCrisp attention to detail; creative problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work with pressing deadlines, manage time, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing prioritiesSphera is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
