Payroll Analyst (Tamheer)| Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the Role:Job Summary:The Payroll is responsible for executing all payroll-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining payroll records. The role involves collaboration with HR and Finance teams and providing support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Payroll Processing:Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.Calculate salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GOSI, tax, etc.).System & Data Management:Maintain and update employee payroll data in HRIS.Ensure data accuracy in payroll system ( SAP).Automate payroll processes and reduce manual paperwork.Reporting & Compliance:Generate payroll reports for management and audits.File payroll taxes and statutory contributions.Ensure adherence to company policies and Saudi labor laws.Employee Support:Address payroll-related queries and resolve issues.Process end-of-service benefits, leave settlements, and advances.Coordinate with banks for salary transfers and disbursements.Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for process optimization.Stay updated with payroll regulations and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Recent Graduate.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English.
