Let’s shape the futuretogether!For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning gameprovider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as partof an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for therole – Payroll and Compliance Specialist.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Process end-to-end payroll for our Bulgarian team accurately and on time;Ensure compliance with Bulgarian labour, tax, and social security laws;Calculate and remit taxes, social security, and other statutory contributions;Handle employee payroll inquiries in Bulgarian and English, resolving issues quickly;Prepare regular payroll reports and collaborate with auditors or authorities as neededSupport HR and Finance on special cases like leave, maternity/paternity, and terminations. Requirements:Proven payroll experience in Bulgaria with knowledge of local laws and regulations;Strong skills in payroll systems and Excel, with attention to detail;Accurate, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently;Excellent communication in Bulgarian and English;Problem-solver who can interpret and apply legislative changesЕxperience with global payroll or multi-country operations is a plus.
