You will make a direct impact by:Managing accurate and timely production of employee paychecks, including commission-based calculations.Resolving payroll issues and answering employee questions to enhance their experience.Maintaining payroll processing systems to ensure compliance with legal standards and accuracy in payroll transactions.This Role Is for You If…Experience:You have over 5 years of payroll processing experience and at least 2 years of accounting experience.Technical Skills:You possess strong US payroll knowledge and have advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ADP software and any ERP system is a plus.Non-Negotiables:You are detail-oriented, a team player with a positive attitude, and comfortable communicating sensitive information.Bonus Points:You can efficiently pull metrics from payroll systems for analysis and budgeting.The Role at a GlanceCompensation: ₱40,000–₱50,000 Base + incentivesWork Setup: RemoteTech Stack: Payroll systems, HR software, ExcelReady to find purpose in your work, unlock possibilities, and accelerate your growth?
