At Reckitt, we're searching for a conscientious Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join our spirited and progressive team. Dive into a role that is as much about attention to detail as it is about genuine interactions, all while working within a company that champions your growth and nurtures your potential.Your responsibilitiesEntering all entries of the relevant month completely and accurately into the payroll system draft and uploading them to the system before the payroll closing datePrepare the monthly closure comparison report (Previous month vs current month, Input vs Output, Emp. Master data vs current month etc.)Prepare the monthly closure reports such as annual leave accrual, HC, BU x-charge reportsChecking the new hires & leavers’ social security entrance & exits in placeLeavers’ Process (myRB and SGK exit records, preparing their documents – service letter/mutual agreement, giving the info to related people for preparation)Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law, payroll tax regulations and internal policies in payroll calculationsCollaborating effectively with other departments, providing payroll-related support as neededAbility/Willingness to learn other international market payroll and support as backupOwner for all the internal and external Govt., Ops & Quality audits. Need to make sure engagement is marked compliant in all the certifications.Maintaining SOP and process flow chart with changes done in the process.Employee requests ( payslip and payroll queries )Control and process payments for private health and private pensions, ensuring employee benefits are managed correctlyFollow collective agreement processes, making relevant payments and updates as required.The experience we're looking for3+ years of experience within HR, Payroll and C&BExcellent written and verbal English skillsFull cycle payroll processing experience, from new employee set up to separationStrong numerical and analytical skillsProficient user of Excel, Powerpoint and WordAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projectsStrong communication skillsEffective organization skills, ability to prioritize and influence at all levelsAbility to work in a dynamic fast paced international environmentAnalytical, inquisitive and very high attention to detailProblem solving skillsKnowledge of ADP application is an added advantageAbility to work cross-functionallyThe skills for successData and Analytics, HR Process Improvement; Process management; HR Process improvement, Solutioning, Compensation & Benefits, Digital literacy, Operational Excellence, HR Data Analysis; Data management; Employee data management.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
