This role is essential in ensuring timely processing of payroll, maintaining precise data entry, and proactively resolving issues related to employee compensation. The Payroll Coordinator acts as a key backup for leadership responsibilities, assisting in various payroll-related tasks and collaborating cross-functionally with HR and Finance departments to streamline workflows. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
