For an international law firm, we are looking to recruit a Payroll & HR Administration Officer. In this role, you will manage payroll processes and personnel administration for the Luxembourg office, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.RoleMaintain HR systems and employee dataCoordinate medical checks and health insurance affiliationsProcess monthly payroll (entries, exits, changes), liaise with the fiduciary, and review payslipsHandle payroll inquiries and manage all types of absencesCollaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related mattersEnsure accurate payroll records and support reportingFollow up with external providers, administrations, and auditorsSupport compensation reviews, benefits, and HR projectsYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration and payrollProven experience in monthly payroll processingStrong numerical and organisational skillsFluent in English and FrenchGood knowledge of labour law
