Payroll Project Manager

IntroductionObjective of this role is to build sustainable project plan for payroll implementations and drive it to a successful closure.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesBuild sustainable project plans for payroll implementationsDrive those projects to a successful closure by mobilizing the required resources both from a service provider and IBM perspectiveEnsure that goals are achieved at each phase of the projectEnsure timelines are met and deliverables are provided by the target dateSet priorities and drive the execution of the project plan accordinglyRelationship management between IBM and its various partners collaborating in those projectsTransparent commuunication of the project status to the stakeholdersPreferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseA minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the payroll industry and/or HR solutionsExperience in software implementation projects, preferably payroll processing software and operational deliveryStrong organizational skills including the ability to establish priorities, develop work plans, assess progress towards goals, and pay attention to detailed data and informationDemonstrated ability to assess situations, determine importance, urgency, and risks; make timely decisions in the best interest of the project agreementsGood communication skills with ability to adapt communication style to variety of stakeholdersCustomer-focused with a service-orientated approachAbility to work under pressure and to strict deadlinesFluent spoken and written English
