Payroll Service Consultant

Position Purpose: The Payroll Service Consultant is responsible for the delivery service, whilst collaborating with the offshore teams, for the timely and accurate delivery of lodgement activities across ADP’s clients.Location: - SingaporeKey Responsibilities:Perform lodgement activities as per defined SLAAdheres to quality standards and proceduresResolution of Queries as per defined SLAExecution of timely delivery of lodgement activitiesBe the key contact / expert for Singapore legislative / operation changes for lodgementLooking into continuous improvement ensures root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed.Ensure that all Statutory-related reports are prepared on time and executed.Always maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information.Ensuring they are familiar with and comply with information security policies and standards that relate to their work.Experience, Skills, Academic:Any graduate with good communication skill both verbal and writtenA minimum of 2 years of Singapore payroll experience is preferredExcel Knowledge is mandatoryLearn quickly and take responsibilityStrong in Analytical Skills and needs to have flair for numbersMeticulous and keen eye for detailsTeamworkPreparing concise documentation.
