GOOD to HAVE Managing Payroll related compliances for LATAM & APAC Countries. To plan, manage and control employee payroll related operations, compliances and timely & accurate employee payouts. Hands on experience of 14+ years. Skills to deal with stakeholders & team management ActivityActivity in DetailHands on Experience of handling the detailed activities mentioned herewithPayroll Processing related activities & Employee Operations Management1. Filing of returns and other reporting for all payroll related statutory compliances. 2. Ensuring timely initiation for payment of all statutory dues related to payroll. 3. Accurate provisioning in books of Accounts. 4. Help accounting team in sharing informations required for Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closure of books on time. 5. Co-ordinating with claims team for processing of Travel or other reimbursement claims of Employees. 6. Providing information for full & final settlement claims of Employees leaving the Company & following up with left employees for any final settlement recoveries due. 7. Helping in completion of joining formalities and managing any queries for new joiners. 8. Helping Employees for any queries related to Salary/Payroll processing.Technical / Professional Skills 1. MBA in Finance / HR. 2. Working knowledge of payroll processing on SAP (Preferable). Must Have : 3. Extensive knowledge of German Payroll processing and related Compliances, including liaisoning with local authorities. 4. Extensive knowledge of working on MS ExcelProcess Adherence / Compliance 1. Timely instructions to banking team for payment of Statutory Liabilities, including With holding Tax, Insurances, Pension etc. 2. Timely and accurate filing of Statutory Returns before due dates. 3. Managing all Local Payroll related Audits. 5. Statutory Audits. 6. Internal Audits. 7. Due diligence for all Legal & Tax compliances to ensure full compliance and no exposure for the Company. 8. Taking care of and updating all Statutory changes being introduced by Government from time to time for payroll processing. 9. Dealing / liaisoning with all Local Authorities for payroll related compliances issues. Resolution of Employee queries1. Resolution of all Employee queries with proper clarifications to the satisfaction of the Employees. 2. Ensuring any escalations for issues faced by Employees are addressed on priority. Process Improvements1. Improvement in all areas. 2. Reduction in cycle time in all processes. 3. Driving the team towards making best usage of IT. 3. Better handling of Employee queries. 4. Automations in data usage and computations. Experience of handling the detailed activities mentioned herewithTechnical / Professional Skills 1. MBA in Finance / HR. 2.
