At the center of its network is the Henry Dunant Hospital Center in Athens, the largest private hospital in Greece with a Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission International (JCI).We are currently looking to hire for our Headquarters in Athens:Payroll SpecialistThe role is Office based and reports to the HR Projects & Payroll Manager.Main Responsibilities:Handles payroll data and monthly payroll execution, ensuring the accuracy of payroll related data (shifts, overtime, maternity leaves, advance payments, vacations planning etc.) and the timely payment of salaries.Ensures compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations and regulations.Handles hiring, departures, and all employee changes and submits the corresponding forms to relevant public authorities (e.g., Ergani, Sepe).Monitors employee leave, sick days, work schedule changes etc.Manages timekeeping, reviews and inputs data into the payroll system.Provides support to employees and resolves labor and social security issues.Required Qualifications:BSc in Business management, Accounting, Human Resource Management or any other relevant field.3+ years’ experience in a payroll processing role at a large corporation or a payroll outsourcing/consulting firm.Good knowledge of Greek legislation regarding labor, and social security matters.Experience with information system “ERGANI “, HRIS and Payroll Platforms (preferably Epsilon Net Pylon).Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.Required Competences:Time-management skills.Ability to handle confidential information.Self-motivated.Ability to collect, analyze, organize and communicate information.Teamwork.Ability to work with strict deadlines.We offer:Competitive remuneration package.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.The chance to work with a leading company in the healthcare industry.A supportive and inclusive company culture.By submitting your CV, you consent to it being accessed by the other companies within the Group for the purpose of recruiting suitable personnel.
