Payroll Specialist

If yes, this is an outstanding opportunity for you and your next step in career.What You Will DoThe Payroll Specialist for EMEA will be responsible for the accurate execution of the outsourced payroll process for assigned entity/entities. You will be also responsible for payroll procedures there maintaining and updating as well as for improving organizational and data processing systems/processes.How You Will Do ItEnsure that payroll for the assigned entity is processed accurately and on time for each payroll cycle. You will be responsible for the payroll processing cycle for a company/entity or part of the payroll cycle process depending on size and complexity.Process monthly payroll data and all variables based on instructions from various departments and input from internal/external systems.Liaise with payroll provider - outsource payroll processing where applicable and requiredCommunicate with various stakeholders (internal and external)Monitor changes in employee status (e.g. entries, exits, temporary contracts, internal department changes)Make payroll deductions where instructed due to local tax legislation (e.g. company car, fringe benefits, etc.).Responsible for payroll balances and controls at input and output (source to gross, gross to net).Participate and collaborate with other departments on various payroll related projects.Participate in audit activities with internal and external parties.Provide on-the-job training to team members as required.Responsible for data accuracy and correct processing.RequiredWhat we look for Ability to organize and plan effectivelyMicrosoft Excel advancedEnglish – written and spoken is required, any other language is an advantageExperience with payroll processing either in-house or outsourced minimum 3 yearsStrong analytical skillsPreferredParticipation on different projectsExperience working in international environment would be an advantageWhat Will You LearnThis is a great opportunity to gain more experience with payroll systems and different HR systems.
