Payroll Specialist, Payroll Mexico

If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your technical skills can directly impact business operations, this position is for you.Key job responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for payroll-related system inquiries Work in SAP payroll system maintenance and enhancement initiatives Analyze, test, and implement system changes for legal requirements and process improvements Develop and execute automation solutions using various technologies (VBA, Python, Power Platform) Partner with vendors and internal teams to manage system modifications and updates Handle system security administration, including role management and access control Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and configurationsBasic Qualifications Experience in payroll operations Experience using data to influence business decisions Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Experience in problem solving and data analytics Demonstrated experience working with SAP HCM/Payroll modulesPreferred Qualifications Experience working with outsource/third party Vendors 2+ years of payroll experience Previous experience in a similar role supporting payroll operationsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
