Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.stradaglobal.comPayroll Specialist PLKey ResponsibilitiesIndependently process polish payroll from end to end according the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasksMonitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholdsAbility to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and all associated activitiesBe able to understand and interpret a payslipBe able to understand and follow polish payroll calendarIdentify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunitiesAbility to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential informationProduce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needsReview and validate data for accuracy and completeness and initiates corrections per the defined standardsAnswer payroll related questions and requestsProvide clear knowledge transfers to peersSupport and manage system maintenance testingSupport technical issue coordination and resolutionMaintains current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll proceduresParticipate in projects and activities as needed and assignedRequirements2-3 years relevant experience administering Polish Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environmentStrong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with polish payrollAbility to identify and mitigate risksVery good English skills (B2 minimum)Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointFlexibility to support a global and fast paced environmentAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal skillsSelf-motivated and a willingness to learnAbility to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and proceduresWhat We OfferPrivate medical carePossibility to work remotelyPossibility for development within a multinational organizationAttractive benefits packageExcellent work atmosphereAt Strada, Our Values Guide Everything We Do Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
