Bonded by shared goals, we are a data-driven and results-focused company committed to solving any HR issue, big or small.Position Description: Process payroll for multiple worksites and provide clients with a superior level of customer service in a high-volume environment.Roles & Responsibilities:Receive and Review Client Payroll Data Enter/Update payroll data in system for multiple client companiesProcess Payroll & ReportsPossess knowledge and stay current on Payroll ComplianceLiaise with Support personnel to ensure Payroll is shipped to clients timelyCustomer ServiceAssist Client Company Owners/Managers with any payroll related questionsAssist employees with questions/problems as it may relate to their payMust be knowledgeable and personableEnter/Update employee data in payroll systemEmployee information (i.e. names, addresses, job titles, etc)Time Off Accruals (i.e. vacation pay, sick pay, personal pay, etc.)Calculate GarnishmentsReceive and Review Termination ReportsEnter/Update client data in payroll systemEnter Client Information including Workers Comp Codes and processesEnter Client Time Off AccrualsCreate Processing SchedulesAdd/Update Departments and Divisions as neededQualifications: At least 3 years prior work experience with: Payroll Service Company ORHave processed payroll in a large company environment with 500 employees or more. FPC is recommended or obtainedStrong computer skills however will train on our Payroll SystemStrong oral and written communication skills in support of Customer ServiceApplicant must have strong understanding of Payroll RegulationsThis is a hybrid position, commuting to the Tampa office 3 days per week.This is not a remote position.Powered by JazzHRX9xEQUBR2O
