Job Summary:The Payroll Specialist (with French) is the single point of contact for the client (he/she manages the payroll production and the client relationship for a portfolio).In addition, this role will participate in system testing as needed, provide consultation to clients and others.Responsibilities:Responsible & fully accountable for the payroll & audit function of multiple clientsResponsible for scheduling and running the assigned client payrolls by following standard operating proceduresMaintains complete, accurate and timely client and employee records based on real time requestsMaintains complete and accurate client profile notes as well as processing instructions for each clientBalance respective payrolls based on year end calendar and remit all Third-Party Remittances by defined due dates, complete all Year End balancing, filing & respective reportingUtilize all internal tools & defined processes to ensure optimal productivity, service excellence and make recommendations for best practices to customersInitiate pre and postproduction calls with clientsAnswer client calls (dedicated clients, as well as other clients)Work with internal technical support, various production departments and additional ADP Service hubs as needed to identify a resolutionDeliver the internal and external KPISuggest processes and controls tools improvementsEnsure the back-up accordingly to the internal procedure in placeKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Very good mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing, at minimum B2Preferred Payroll backgroundAn understanding of the client's trade, business and organization (payroll calculations, law and human resources)Accounting knowledgeCustomer relationship managementTime managementClient portfolio managementGood interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills and an ability to summarizeOrganizedRigorousIndependentWorking within a teamDynamic and responsivePreferred QualificationsVery good mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing, at minimum B2Preferred Payroll backgroundAn understanding of the client's trade, business and organisation (payroll calculations, law and human resources)Accounting knowledgeCustomer relationship managementTime managementClient portfolio managementGood interpersonal skillsAnalytical skills and an ability to summariseOrganisedRigorousIndependentWorking within a teamDynamic and responsiveAbout ADPDiversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace, and is further committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic including: race, color, genetic information, creed, national origin, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lawful alien status, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status or disability.
