We deliver end-to-end forwarding solutions across Romania and Europe, partnering with top carriers to move freight safely and on schedule.Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on HR & Payroll Specialist (locally equivalent to “Inspector Resurse Umane”) to directly manage HR compliance, payroll, and the full employee lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, update, and archive employment contracts, addendums, and terminationsPrepare and submit REVISAL files and statutory labor reportsProcess payroll in SAGA salary module, including corrections, adjustments, garnishments, and benefitsCalculate domestic and international per-diems in line with Romanian legislationSubmit declarations (D112, D100) and prepare filings for state institutions (ITM, ANAF, Casa de Pensii, Casa de Asigurări)Prepare salary statements, garnishment reports, per-diem logs, meal voucher files, and health fund submissionsMaintain legally compliant personnel files from hire to exitEnsure continuous compliance with updated labor law and collective labor agreementsSupport operations team by managing driver rosters and exchange schedulesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on HR/payroll experience in companies with 50+ employeesAt least 2 years of continuous experience using SAGA salary module within the last 5 yearsDirect, personal experience calculating domestic and international per-diemsProven record of submitting REVISAL entries and D112 declarations independentlyBachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, HR, or related fieldHR Inspector certification (COR 333304) or equivalent HR diploma/qualificationAbove-average written and spoken English (part of the interview will be conducted in English)Excellent knowledge of Romanian labor law and proven ability to apply it in practice
