The company is committed to delivering high-quality, innovative healthcare solutions in compliance with global Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.Through its centralized Shared Services model, P Pharma manages HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain operations for five affiliated companies, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and operational excellence across the group.Role Description – Payroll Specialist (Shared Services – 5 Companies)We are seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to join our Shared Services team in Jeddah. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for five companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll activities.Key responsibilities include:Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time for all assigned companies.Managing employee records and updating HR systems with relevant payroll data.Calculating allowances, deductions, overtime, leaves, end-of-service benefits, and other compensation elements.Ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations.Coordinating with Finance, HR Operations, and department managers to ensure smooth payroll workflows.Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management.Handling payroll-related inquiries and resolving employee issues promptly.Supporting internal and external payroll audits and providing necessary documentation.QualificationsProven experience in Payroll and HR Operations within Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations.Proficiency in HR systems and ERP payroll modules.Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a multi-company Shared Services environment.Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities.Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing companies is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
