With your leadership, we will not only meet expectations but continuously improve how payroll is experienced by the businesses and people who rely on us.Your ResponsibilitiesProven experience managing payroll in an outsourced or multi-client environment with understanding of SLAs and KPIs to track team performance.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of payroll specialists, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll services for multiple client organizations.Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability and continuous improvement.Drive process improvements and promote best practices, including optimization and automation of workflows and tools.Provide customer support at key moments, managing escalations to ensure high service satisfaction.Detect payroll discrepancies, procedural gaps, and potential fraud to maintain accuracy and complianceServe as the primary point of contact between the team and senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.Ensure confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of data integrity.Education and Experience5–7 years of experience in payroll operations with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Experience with payroll systems - SAP HR/Payroll or smiliar.Professional working proficiency in Danish and English.Experience managing Danish payroll with accurate salary processing and legal compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building trusted relationships with customers and colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.Ability to work accurately under deadlines while managing multiple customer needs.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.What we offerCompetitive salary based on experience and knowledge.Health insurance covering children under 24 years of age.Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.Flat organizational structure with short decision-making paths.An international and dynamic working environment.Supportive and friendly colleagues.Opportunities for training and professional development.Free parking facility.
