About The RoleWe’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses that could benefit from NiceJob. You’ll research potential customers, spark meaningful conversations, and book qualified meetings that drive our sales pipeline forward. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position that focuses on multi-location and mid-market businesses, especially franchise groups with 10+ locations.

What You’ll Be DoingIdentify and research businesses that align with NiceJob’s Ideal Customer ProfileConduct high-volume outreach, including 50+ calls per day, plus targeted emails and LinkedIn engagementSchedule and confirm qualified meetings with decision-makers to build a strong sales pipelineFocus outreach on multi-location and mid-market businesses, with emphasis on franchise groups with 10+ locationsMaintain accurate records of activities and progress within the CRMCollaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation effortsProvide support with product demonstrations and customer activations when requiredRepresent NiceJob at industry events and conferences as neededWhat You’ll Bring1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing rolePost-secondary education (university degree, college diploma, or technical/professional program) in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceDemonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume outreach environments and handle rejection with resilienceStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport quicklyProven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingConfidence using CRM systems (e.
