Here, you’ll leverage your PCB know-how to help customers accelerate their impact, shape our cutting-edge platform, and play a key role at the heart of global innovation.Bring your expertise to Luminovo and be part of a mission-driven company that is removing inefficiencies and enabling the world’s next big breakthroughs.🎯 Performance objectivesAs PCB Account Manager at Luminovo, you're a strategic partner to our PCB customers, acquiring new logos and enabling them to create measurable impact with our platform.Support: Become a trusted advisor for our PCB customers by understanding their technical and logistical pain points (e.g., lead times, stackups, impedance control, base material) and proactively delivering solutions to improve retention. Knowledge: Continuously deepen your understanding of PCB manufacturing technologies (HDI, flex-rigid, surface finishes, etc.) and industry standards (IPC, RoHS, etc.) to speak customers’ language and ensure credibility and trust. Success: Own the post-sales relationship for PCB customers, guiding them through successful usage of our platform and tools, with a focus on high-yield RFQs, recurring order behavior, and long-term growth. Onboarding: Deliver personalized onboarding experiences for PCB customers—designers, buyers, and engineers—by addressing industry-specific workflows and quality requirements during trainings and workshops. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to drive expansion within existing PCB accounts, identifying opportunities for multi-site rollout, cross-department usage (procurement, engineering), or larger order volumes. Product Feedback: Ensure continuous feedback from PCB customers (e.g., DFM issues, stackup templates, Gerber parsing errors) is structured and delivered to product teams, helping shape development priorities. Customer Segmentation: Build a PCB-specific customer health framework using metrics like order frequency, RFQ conversion rate, and technical complexity, and define targeted retention and engagement strategies based on that segmentation. 🤓 Whom You’ll Be Working WithMarkus, our Team Lead Customer Success, who also manages his own customer portfolioSebastian, one of our founders, who leads the Revenue departmentFlorian, our internal PCB expert and your peer for all PCB topicsMax, who is leads our Revenue Operations team and is in charge of our CRM (Hubspot), supporting you with dashboards, sequences, forecasts, and moreMark, our Head of Marketing, to align on positioning/messaging and drive strategic growth initiativesOur Sales and Product Team to fully understand our product roadmap, potential constraints, and share product-related customer feedback🏡 Work setup & travelYou can join our team remotely (+/- 2hrs CET) or in our Munich headquarters (full home-office flexibility). We regularly meet for team retreats and attend selected industry events, which means you'll be traveling occasionally. Travel expenses will of course be covered by us.💬 Language RequirementsYou'll mainly work with German-speaking and English-speaking customers from various territories. Being fluent in 🇩🇪 German and 🇬🇧 English is therefore a must for this role.
