To Succeed in this RoleFresh graduates are encouraged to apply!1-3 years of experience in the pension or financial sectors is advantageous but not essential. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience is preferred. Strong interest in digital tools and technologies, and experience in in-house system migration projects would be an advantage. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English at a business level is essential.
