In my team, you have an unique chance to impact how new products reach our clients and grow as a professional!“ – Lina, S&OP Manager Baltics.What you will be doing?Leading projects of new product introduction to the marketLeading portfolio complexity reduction or harmonization projectsOverseeing the product out phasing processSupervising SKU Master Data creation and periodic Master Data maintenance proceduresProviding in specific tool supply chain input regarding new product launches complexityDoing follow-up of NPD launch quality & supporting commercial teams on post launch evaluation processProviding input about new products for the month end closing procedures & periodic reportingsContributing to the budgeting processOur expectations:Good communication skills, resilience and attention to detail;Higher education;Fluency in English and the local language;Professional competencies: advanced computer skills (MS Office software)Prior project and team management experience is beneficial.NB!
