About This PositionManaging and steering development projects and leading the PD team to explore new opportunities for business growth. Drive technology road-mapping and give insights to the technical development plan by close communication with Fashion biz teams and customers. Expand global opportunities and share knowledge within the team. What you´ll do Technology explore for IP deliverables and mapping by aligning with market trends. Manage and steer new product development projects by working closely with cross functions. People mgmt. of PUR PD team for talent development. Admin lab work, compliance on standards/ policies and facilitate collaborations within cross A. Participate in global PD initiatives. What makes you a good fit Polymer or material science education background with Master/Doctor degree. PUR hotmelt adhesive at adjacent markets experience over 5-8 years, including automotive, electronics, textile, shoe, etc. Proven capability to deliver new products to market. Prefer to have people mgmt. experience.
