What You´ll DoInvolve in new global initiative: Technical Directly Engage with Customer and ensure they meet business winning strategy. Directly engage and works with the scientists from top industrial player to develop cutting edge technologies to reshape the industry. Be responsible to guide and coach team regarding technical solutions, project and processes, skillset, etc. Conduct compliance assessments based on Henkel corporate sustainability and SHE standards. Coordinate process development and support cross-functional/SBU teams to achieve new technologies and innovations. Connect with customers, suppliers and 3rd party partners and generate insights through various platforms and technologies. What makes you a good fit MS and above degree in related fields. Over 3 years in polymerization for acrylic, Olefin, amide, and PU oligomers. Experience in product development related project management. Strong communication, presentation and conflict management skills. Result-oriented leadership.
