Job Description

PDC Wholesale is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Brand & Marketing Coordinator to manage all aspects of our brand and marketing efforts—from strategy to execution. This role is responsible for brand management, content creation, digital marketing, promotions, events, sales support, and vendor/sponsorship coordination. Support the development and execution of annual marketing strategy and calendarManage marketing budget allocation and track performanceConduct competitor and market research to inform decisionsPlan and produce compelling content across digital and print formats, including social media, email, web, and product materialsDesign graphics, write copy, and capture/edit photos and videosOversee PDC Wholesale’s website content and updatesDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns and lead generation funnelsManage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

)Collaborate with the Sales team to launch product promotions and support key sales initiativesCreate and maintain monthly price lists, product catalogs, and sales collateralPlan, execute, and support marketing for company events, trade shows, and community outreachCoordinate event logistics, signage, giveaways, and digital promotionManage incoming sponsorship requests and oversee brand visibility across third-party activationsEnsure brand consistency across all customer touchpointsManage branding for both PDC and exclusive brand partnersAdditional Duties and Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorEducation/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum of 2+ years of related work experience in marketing; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Working knowledge of marketing strategy, digital marketing, brand management, media planning, and consumer promotionsExcellent understanding of all major digital platforms and web analytics tools, including the ability to track ROI and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)Strong awareness of social media platforms, emerging trends, and digital technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft on-brand messaging that aligns with company voiceHighly organized, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with easeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Canva and email marketing platforms is a plusExperience in event planning, vendor coordination, and B2B sales support is a plusSafety & Health Responsibilities:
