Investment Analyst – Commodities & Industrial Metals | Family Office | SingaporeA dynamic and entrepreneurial family office is seeking a passionate and driven Investment Analyst to join its lean, high-impact investment team based in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in commodities, particularly industrial metals and rare earth elements, while contributing directly to investment decisions across public markets and private opportunities. What you will be doing:
Conduct bottom-up fundamental research on global commodity markets, with a focus on key raw materials such as copper, lithium, cobalt, and rare earthsEvaluate public market (equity/credit) and private/direct investment opportunitiesBuild and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation analysis and supply-demand forecastingMonitor and interpret macroeconomic trends, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes impacting the metals and mining sectorsPrepare high-quality investment memos, research reports, and presentations to support decision-makingTrack the performance of existing investments and contribute to portfolio reviewsWhat we are looking for: Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in investment research, financial analysis, or related fields (buy-side, sell-side, consulting, etc.
