The Senior Manager, Operational Systems will bring a manufacturing mindset to the studio floor - building infrastructure that ensures every Peachy experience is as consistent, high quality, and efficient. Process Architecture & OptimizationDesign, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures across all studio functions Apply the "two-touch rule":

Systems Thinker: You see patterns where others see problems. You think in flowcharts and feedback loops. Detail Obsessed: You notice when a process is 98% instead of 100% effective, and it bothers you. Speed & Precision: You thrive in fast-paced environments without sacrificing accuracy. What You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5–8 years of progressive experience in operations management or multi-site leadership. Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects or cross-functional initiatives. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control. Experience implementing or scaling operational systems (e. g. , ERP, POS, project management platforms).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience in inventory management and supply chain logistics. Proficient with technology and software applications that support operations management (e. g. , ERP systems). Minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA. Pay & Perks: The target pay range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000/year. Peachy may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications and location.
