If you’re eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact, this is the place for you. Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator ready to dive into hands-on digital marketing and brand growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our growth, creative, and marketplace teams to learn how 7–8 figure CPG brands scale—from content testing and influencer outreach to full-funnel optimization. This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Vancouver HQ on weekdays. You'll work alongside top performers and gain meaningful experience in fast-moving eCommerce environments across Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.

This isn’t a passive or support-only position—you’ll play an active role in executing digital campaigns, developing content strategies, coordinating product launches, and analyzing performance data to drive growth across multiple channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with digital campaigns across Amazon, TikTok Shops, Shopify, and other marketing channels including social media, email, SMS, and content marketing as neededSupport copywriting projects and scriptwriting for marketing contentSource ideas, spot trends, and organize creative assets to support content developmentHelp coordinate influencer and user-generated content (UGC) outreach and asset collectionConduct competitive and market research to inform new product launches and campaignsParticipate in growth team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and post-launch performance reviewsCollaborate with creative and media teams to QA assets and campaignsLearn and contribute using tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and Slack to support campaign execution.
