You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency across all operations. 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Direct and manage workflows, drive execution, and implement strategies to improve service delivery and meet client expectations. Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to exceed KPIs and business objectives. Process Optimization: Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in RCM operations. Client Engagement: Act as a key liaison for escalations and performance updates; present operational insights and recommendations. Reporting & Compliance: Monitor and report on key metrics while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

👤 What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in operations, preferably within healthcare or RCM. Proven leadership in managing teams and operational processes in dynamic, high-volume settings. Strong background in process improvement and performance optimization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
