We operate globally across various sectors, including finance, technology, healthcare, and defense — ensuring compliance and protecting critical assets from evolving cyber threats.Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated penetration test team lead to manage and guide a team of penetration testers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality security assessments.The primary focus of this role is team leadership — driving performance, mentoring professionals, and shaping methodologies — while occasionally engaging in hands-on penetration testing when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support a team of penetration testers.Manage client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Review and approve the penetration testing reports.
