Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join our company on a remote basis, working from anywhere within the European Union (preferably Portugal or Poland). What You’ll DoAs our Sales Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial team. You’ll help manage the sales process, track leads, and ensure that documentation and follow-ups are handled smoothly and professionally.

Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update CRM systems and sales-related documentationAssist in the creation of proposals, quotes, and presentationsFollow up on leads, demos, and customer communicationsCoordinate internally to gather relevant product and compliance informationEnsure timely responses to client requests and documentation needsProvide day-to-day administrative support to the sales functionQualifications1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative rolesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFluent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher) is requiredSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and remotelyProficiency in Excel or Google SheetsLocated in the European Union (Portugal preferred)Available to work on a Service / B2B Agreement.
