Job Summary: Our client, a school in Lashibi, is hiring a passionate and experienced educator to lead the Primary School division. This role involves overseeing curriculum implementation, teacher supervision, and student wellbeing, while ensuring alignment with educational standards and school values. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily academic and operational functions of the Primary School. Design and implement effective teaching and learning strategies. Supervise and support teaching staff through feedback and development. Ensure compliance with GES curriculum and school regulations. Foster strong partnerships with parents and guardians. Promote values of dignity, respect, integrity, and tolerance. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in primary education leadership or teaching. Strong knowledge of GES curriculum and best teaching practices. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Measurable student academic growth. High levels of staff performance and satisfaction. Strong parental engagement. Full compliance with curriculum and regulations.
