Job Description And Position RequirementsThe School of Public Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach residential (on campus, face-to-face modality) specialization courses in the political science bachelor's program, also serving students in the public policy bachelor's programs in the Fall Semester 2025. Requirements And QualificationsTypical requirements include the minimum of an earned Master’s degree in the field.

Areas of teaching focus may include, but are not limited to, analysis of the policy process within the legislative system; local and state government; campaign management and legislative decision making. Adequate professional and/or academic experience. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience.
