What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll work across the full development cycle, from shaping requirements through to release and ongoing improvement. Your responsibilities will include: Leading Projects:

Own the technical delivery of end-to-end initiatives, driving progress from idea to implementation. Platform Development: Build and refine a robust integration platform with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and future-proof design. Code Quality & Design: Write clean, understandable Java code with minimal tech debt. Help set and maintain architectural standards. Supporting Others: Share your experience by guiding and mentoring junior developers, encouraging best practices and continuous learning.
