We put our people first, empowering our teams to make a real impact every day.About The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced and capable People and Culture Business Partner to join our national P&C team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Based in Ashfield, this role provides strategic and operational P&C support to leaders and employees across all states and business units — including Pop Up Health, Home Health HQ, and other care divisions.You’ll be a trusted partner to the business, driving initiatives that strengthen culture, build capability, and align our people strategy with organisational goals. Working closely with the P&C Manager, this role offers a mix of national collaboration, local impact, and hands-on delivery.Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to deliver end-to-end people solutions that align with business goals. Provide advice and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and workforce engagement. Implement P&C policies, programs, and projects that strengthen culture, compliance, and capability. Manage and resolve HR and ER matters, ensuring compliance with Fair Work and relevant industrial instruments. Contribute to workforce planning, change management, and organisational development initiatives. Analyse people metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Provide guidance and oversight to local Talent Officers to ensure consistent recruitment and onboarding practices nationally.What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in a People and Culture or HR Business Partner role. Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards. Proven ability to deliver practical, business-focused advice in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
