You will provide general operational and administrative support within the People and Culture function with a focus on employee engagement, wellbeing, recruitment and learning and development. Your key deliverables will include working closely with the P&C team to provide generalist HR administration support across the full employee life cycle. You will demonstrate great attention to detail, be proactive, and always look to improve the way P&C supports the business.AccountabilitiesManagement of the HR inbox, answering policy and procedural queries from employees, managers and executives in a timely and efficient mannerSupport the onboarding and manage the induction of new employees, including employee orientation sessionsSupport payroll preparation Coordinate training and other professional development opportunities. Maintain L&D records in RES' Learning Management SystemEnsure all HR administration is processed in a timely manner, including changes to terms and conditions, parental leave, probation, HR invoicing and HR metrics including the monthly HR DashboardAssist with the organisation of Peakon surveys, the bi-monthly managers meeting, monthly team meeting and other employee engagement activitiesProcess terminations including managing exit surveys and final payUpdate and maintain records related to employee personnel filesPerform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintainedProvide support to the TA teamGenerate employment contractsRole model a culture of inclusion, and wellbeing aligned with RES' values of Passion, Accountability, Collaboration and ExcellenceDrive and implement workplace efficiencies/improvements in HR processesParticipate in People & Culture projectsBe an exemplary role model to encourage the avoidance of risk-taking behaviours across the business and provide the personal commitment never to “risk it”. Knowledge Learning Management supportSkills And QualificationsStrong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail are a must for managing records, reports, and logistics for training sessionsSystem skills: Demonstrated ability to use multiple systems.
