Our diverse workforce of 13,000 has delivered large-scale, mission-critical, and multi-platform projects for governments and enterprises in Singapore and the APAC region.This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to a People & Culture (P&C) business partnering role, while building practical HR knowledge and skills. You will support line staff on HR policy-related enquiries, participate in the employee life-cycle, and contribute to engagement and process improvement initiatives.What You’ll Do:Provide support to line staff by addressing policy-related enquiries, enhancing your knowledge of HR policies and practices.Gain exposure to HR processes across the employee life-cycle, including activities such as contract renewals and offboarding.Support day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations, while also being involved in projects such as BU engagement initiatives and process enhancement efforts.What You’ll Need to Succeed:Proficient in Microsoft Office.Well-organised, proactive, and a self-starter.Highly adaptable to change and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Meticulous with strong attention to detail.Eager to learn with a positive attitude.We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
