We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative People Business Partner to join our team at G+D in Stockholm for a 1+ year maternity cover. This is a unique opportunity to work in an international, innovative company where your ideas and contributions truly matter.Your RoleAs our People Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Swedish organization with a broad range of HR responsibilities. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, driving initiatives that make a real impact on our people and processes. Together with the People+ team, you’ll help shape a modern, efficient, and engaging workplace. Your main responsibilities include:Leading talent acquisition and employer branding effortsCoaching and advising managers on leadership, performance, and employee relationsManaging compensation and benefits, including salary mapping and reviewsActing as the main contact for our outsourced payroll providerSupporting work environment initiatives and union collaborationOverseeing HR administration (onboarding, offboarding, SAP super user)Driving process improvements and digitalization within HRWho You AreWe see that you are a structured and curious HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy working hands-on while also thinking strategically about how to improve and streamline HR processes. You’re not afraid to take initiative, challenge the status quo, and bring new ideas to the table. We believe you have:Broad experience across multiple HR disciplinesA degree in HR or equivalent professional experienceStrong skills in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with payroll and working with outsourced payroll providersPrevious experience from working in SAPBonus points if you have:Experience with digitalizing HR processes or toolsA background working with work environment Familiarity with Swedish collective agreementsProven success in tech recruitmentAdvanced Excel skillsFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required.What We OfferIn this role you will have the opportunity to work with talented people in an international and innovative environment.
