As a People Business Partner to our Engineering client groups, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business to build a high performing organization.About The JobWe are looking for a People Business Partner to join our People team in Lexington, MA. In this role you will be responsible for thinking strategically and providing daily support across all levels of engineering teams. The role involves partnering with our engineering teams to enhance talent development and performance at all levels of the team.What You’ll DoStrategic Advisor:Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagementsCollaborate with senior leadership to build, develop, and execute people strategies through our next iteration of anticipated growthCoach and advise for best practices within the teamDevelop deep relationships and cultivate trust with all parts of the teams you’re supportingEmployee RelationsProvides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planningProvides HR policy guidance and interpretationManages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigationsWorks closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionCoach Andurilans, functioning as an advocate and resource in resolving key employee issues while balancing the needs of the businessOrganizational DevelopmentAutonomously lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs, as well as assess and improve current people programsHelp build and improve processes in a dynamic and high-growth phaseLead high value talent calibrations and compensation planningUtilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retentionBuilding data-drive and proactive processes to attract, grow and retain our talentRequired Qualifications3+ years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably with engineering client groupsBachelor's degree or equivalent industry experienceExperience across multiple HR/People channels such as compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations, and learning and developmentThrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environmentsIs a clear, empathetic, and effective communicator who understands differences in others and adjusts their approach accordinglyIs an effective partner and coach to managers and leaders; delivers feedback and challenging information in a way that builds trust and collaborationExcellent interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligenceData-driven and detail-orientedU.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled dataUS Salary Range$96,900—$145,350 USDHealthcare BenefitsThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
